This website
This website does not set cookies, does not run analytics and does not track you. The quote form doesn't send us anything directly — it simply opens WhatsApp or your email app with a message you choose to send.
What information we hold
When you become a customer, we keep the details needed to do the job and take payment: your name, address, contact number or email, notes about the work, and Direct Debit details (which are processed securely by our payment provider — we never see your full bank details).
How we use it
To schedule and carry out your cleans, contact you about visits and quotes, and collect payment. That's it. We don't sell your details or share them with anyone except our payment provider, and we keep them only for as long as you're a customer (plus anything we're legally required to keep for accounting).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just message us and we'll sort it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
